Tuesday Nations League Predictions

With Sweden looking to avoid relegation, our traders think they will put up a fight against France, as he previews Tuesday’s Nations League matches…

Germany’s for the taking

Spain 2.27 v Germany 3.00; The Draw 3.50

 Tuesday 17 November, 8:45 pm

Germany will look to claim the group tonight as they welcome Spain.

With the Spanish struggling to get past a winless Switzerland, Germany are favorites to win here. Back Germany at 3.00.

Latvia will draw

Andorra 4.00 v Latvia 1.75; The Draw 3.1

 Tuesday 17 November, 8:45 pm

This fixture will decide who finishes bottom of Group D1, with Andorra needing a win to finish above Latvia.

Latvia have only lost one of their last eight matches (W2 D5). With Latvia drawing so many games, odds of 3.1 for a stalemate look great.

There will be goals

Croatia 3.65 v Portugal 2.01; The Draw 3.45

 Tuesday 17 November, 8:45 pm

Portugal failed to retain the Nations League title when they lost 1-0 at home to France on Saturday, which guaranteed that France will win Group A3 and advance to the knockout stages.

Croatia faces a fight against relegation and need to avoid the type of heavy defeat that occurred when they last met the Portuguese, who won 4-1. Each of Croatia’s last nine games had at least three goals and you can back over 2.5 goals at 1.87.

Gingered Swedes will score

France 1.58 v Sweden 6.05; The Draw 3.85

 Tuesday 17 November, 8:45 pm

Sweden can’t afford to sit back, as they aim to climb off the bottom of Group A3 and ahead of Croatia.

With France having already won the group, there could be scope for Sweden to get a positive result. Both teams to score looks overpriced at 2.03.

Gibraltar will be motivated

Gibraltar 2.99 v Liechtenstein 2.59; The Draw 2.86

 Tuesday 17 November, 8:45 pm

Gibraltar need just a draw against Liechtenstein to win Group D1. They are yet to lose in three Nations League games, without conceding (W2 D1).

Liechtenstein on the other hand lost 3-0 to Malta in a midweek friendly, which means that they are without a win in three (D1 L2). Gibraltar are 1.98 to win in the Draw No Bet market.

Hosts might crumble

Luxembourg 2.09 v Azerbaijan 3.90; The Draw 3.00

 Tuesday 17 November, 8:45 pm

Luxembourg look a little short here. They have lost their last two games, with Cyprus beating them 2-1 on Saturday. Back them to win or draw at 1.21

Both teams will score

Malta 3.10 v Faroe Islands 2.39; The Draw 3.05

 Tuesday 17 November, 8:45 pm

The reverse fixture ended in a 3-2 win for the visitors. A Malta win could see them win promotion from Group D1, while the Faroes just need a point to stay on top.

Given the result in the reverse fixture and the motivation of the two teams, both teams to score is good value at 1.95.

Swiss will relegate

Switzerland 1.55 v Ukraine 6.20; The Draw 3.9

 Tuesday 17 November, 19:45

 Live on Supersport 4

Switzerland need a win to stand a chance of rising from the bottom of Group A4 and above Ukraine, but they are without a win in seven (D3 L4).

The Swiss look too short at 1.76, against a Ukraine side that have won two of their group games, including the reverse fixture. Ukraine are 2.1 to avoid defeat in the Double Chance market.
